Replating
If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Resizing
Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Happy with my necklace but the packaging left a lot to be desired. Came in a lovely little box but inside the chain was all screwed up in a plastic packet. Took me a good hour to get the knots out of the chain (very difficult given how fine it is), which isn’t great when you spend 100’s on a new piece. Think more care needs to be taken before posting them out

the necklace is very delicate, the chain especially and I would have liked the necklace to be an extra inch or two longer, but overall I am pleased with it. The delivery though was slower than advertised. I ordered it on 16th April and it took just short of 1 month to be delivered.
