Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

The ring I ordered is lovely and arrived very fast but it’s just not for me. Previous items I’ve ordered have been lovely aswell. Took a while to speak to someone as the live chat didn’t reply. Was told to go to the post office but the right bar code wasn’t on the delivery note so I rang back and a postage label is being sent but it’s 4 working days in and it’s still not arrived……….shame as the return hassle is off putting.
