Price & Payment

The prices quoted on this website include Royal Mail First Class Signed for postage & packing within the UK for purchases totaling £50 or more. Purchases totaling under £50  will incur a £5 postage & packing charge.

Deliveries outside the UK will incur an additional postage fee.

Payments are accepted through PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay via the website using your account or major credit or debit cards.

Payments accepted are PayPal, Major credit/debit cards (excluding American Express), cheques and cash (only if paying in person - please do not send cash through the post. We accept no responsibility for any loss or theft to cash sent in the mail).

If you would like to pay by credit/debit card directly over the phone, please contact us at contactus@gmail.com to arrange a call. Please do not email your card details due to security risks.

If you are paying by cheque, then full cheque guarantee card details should be written on the back of the cheque, along with the registered address of the card.

Stock Availability & Delivery

All orders placed on the website are subject to availability and will be delivered as soon as possible once available. If you have an urgent delivery deadline please make sure you contact contactus@gmail.com to check for availability before purchasing.

You will receive a confirmation email within working hours (9am-5pm) to notify you of the stock availability and estimated delivery times.

If the item you have ordered is not available then we can offer you a refund or an alternative item of equal value. Differences in value will be refunded or charged accordingly.

All orders placed on the website are subject to complimentary Special Delivery postage & packing within the UK. If you require your package to be sent outside the UK then additional postage fees may apply and we can quote delivery charges upon receipt of your order.

It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate and you are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods or collect the goods from the local sorting office (should you be out at the time of delivery, you should do as quickly as possible.)

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges

Items are supplied with a security tag; once this is removed the item is no longer refundable unless there is a clear manufacturers fault.

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless there is a clear manufacturer’s fault.

Items bought from stockists of Rachel Galley must be returned directly to the place of purchase (you will need to contact them for their returns policies).

A full refund or exchange can only be given if they are returned within 14 days in the original condition and packaging, and with the security tag attached.

Sale items are non-refundable. In the event that you wish to return a sale item, you will be issued a credit note.

To make a return from a purchase made from our website or from Rachel in person, write on the back of your delivery note, giving the reason for the return and wrap the package securely, posting it by Royal Mail Special Delivery insured for the correct value of the item to:

 If you wish to exchange your item due to personal preference then please follow the instructions to return an item and make sure you include all paperwork and contact information. It may be quicker to order the desired item from the website, and then claim a refund for the item that is no longer required.

If you think you have made an error on your order and need to make a change to it or make a cancellation then please do get in touch as quickly as possible as we normally post our items out as quickly as possible. You can email contactus@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Damages

If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or different from the item that you ordered please get in touch contactus@gmail.com and we will endeavor to solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Trade Descriptions Act

We endeavor to show the correct dimensions and descriptions or each product but as each item is hand made there may be slight differences in the item you receive and the product pictured.

We strive to make each stone colour as close to the product pictured but some may vary due to the natural material of the gemstones.

Rachel Galley Jewellery Design LTD has the right to change or remove information and prices without notice.

Commissions

For all commissions a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon commencement of the project. Once the item is ready for delivery, the full remaining balance is required and funds to clear before the item will be delivered or be available to collect.

The initial consultation will be free of charge and should last a maximum of one hour. Any necessary further meetings or correspondence will be included within the final price of your item.
