Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Website easy to use customer service very helpful. Earrings are lovely just what I was looking.
Amazingly comfortable and look great (seen here with the smaller square stud). Just quite tricky to put in as the round ball clasp has to be in exactly the right place and I lost count of the number of times I dropped them getting the four earrings in. But no plans to take them out as no need - super comfortable to sleep in.

Fast delivery, lovely earings. I bought it for my 10 months old daughter, she is just sparkling with them, they seem much more secure then with the classic back closure, is just harder to put it on for a moving baby, but otherwise they look more comfortable, I really hope they won't come off. 🙏. Really easy to order and arrived in a timely fashion. The packaging is really on brand but I would be happy with an option for less packing (if not gifting and for personal use). The stud are really nice and bigger than I expected. I have sensitive skin and normally wear hinged sleepers but ive been struggling to find quality that doesn't make my skin sore. The backs were fiddly but im really happy with the fit and the comfort when sleeping which is exactly what I want. I will definitely order more in future.

Great size - very believable as diamonds! And a secure screw ball back instead of an uncomfortable butterfly - no problem sleeping in them. Perfect everyday earring!
Very comfortable earrings ,even if worn in bed. Lots of sparkle which grabs everyones attension. Only drawback is getting the backing on securely. The little ball is very small and can be a bit fiddely to secure.
I have been looking for good quality ear rings that I can comfortably sleep in. I saw these and thought they looked nice. I choose Garnet as my birthday is January and they arrived very promptly. They as such nice quality and a good size for my ear lobe. Definitely will recommend them to my friends.
