I ordered the Lattice Globe Ring with Natural Cambodian Zircon as a present for myself for Christmas! I was delighted firstly that it came so very quickly, especially at this time of year and secondly I was even more delighted with the ring itself. It is stylish and modern, while still being delicate and will go beautifully with my other Rachel Galley pieces. I am a great fan of Rachel Galley jewellery and look forward to wearing the ring with a matching necklace and earrings on Christmas Day. Beautiful ring, really good price for silver. Some lovely designs to choose from.
Only disappointment was customer service. Ring was too big, even though measured like it said. Tried to get hold of company to ask about exchanging it. I Emailed, got no reply, phoned waited 20 mins to get through then gave up please messaged. In bed sent it back. Had to send back so tracked cost me £6.85. Only paid £23 for ring. So expensive to return. Asked if I could exchange, out note on paperwork. No communication back, smaller ring turned up. Still too big. Sizing is generous. Just disappointed with the customer service. Beautiful ring which I look forward to wearing.
