Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

What lovely earrings! They are well made, substantial without being heavy and come with a large back. I have bad hands and to have a back that is easy to grab, is absolutely brilliant! I find those typical, tiny backs difficult. The pearls are smooth and have a nice shine. They have just the right amount of dangle. I can wear them for everyday as well as for a more elegant affair. Very pleased!
These earrings are beautiful and feel on trend at the moment. They are really two pairs of earrings in one as you can remove the pearl and just wear the hoops. This bracelet is the best! It sparkles just in the right places and is a perfect addition to bright any outfit! The pearls are stunning and such a wonderful quality bracelet! Not disappointed!
I do like it but was a little disappointed that the pearl was very flat at the top and not the more baroque shape of the one in the photograph. However it is a nice size with a a good lustre.
