I recently ordered the Molto kiss earrings as a gift for a friend they came within 4 days and she loved them so much she decided she’d like the Molto hearts for her birthday. I looked on the website everyday for nearly a month and they were out of stock so I was extremely excited when a week before her birthday they were available to order again . After a week of not receiving I sent an email to the customer service team who told me they would be dispatched in 2 days , a few more days pass and I’ve received no notification that my item is out for delivery so I follow up again only to find out they were never back in stock and instead they were taking orders on an item they couldn’t deliver .it’s now been nearly 3 weeks I didn’t have a birthday present for my friends special day and I’m still being told around 10-15 days for delivery REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTING if you would have been honest I could have arranged an alternative gift

I love these earrings but I also had real
problems getting the butterfly clip off the back and needed to hold them in make up pads to do so. No way I could get them back on once in my ear. I ended up using other backs and now they’re great! Very firmly in place!
