Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

This 1ct lab grown diamond is lovely. It is sparklier than my 1ct diamond ring and earings but still looks like a real one, beautufully cut. It came with all the official documentation pack and full details of the piece to keep for the future if selling on or giving to family in the future. Glad I took the leap of faith and ordered at a good discount. It came packaged safely in a biggish box for safety and encased in a lovely soft envelope and special drawer box. I will buy again.
