Replating
If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Resizing
Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Bought for my son to propose. Ww are absolutely delighted with the platinum band and the 3 CT diamond. It is just the same as a mined diamond. The clarity, colour and cut are absolutely stunningly perfect,(as expected). My son could never afford a 3 CT diamond unless it's Lab grown. I believe he has made a very good investment, these diamonds will get recognition for what they are (real), the demand will increase and so will the value. Please continue to produce these diamonds, they are truly awesome. Thank you.

Such a beautiful pendant. I got it on a special offer and to be honest it would have been worth paying the full price as it’s so beautiful. The diamond is gorgeous and I was so impressed that I ordered the earrings to match.
I was a bit sceptical before these earrings arrived but am absolutely delighted with them. Gorgeous doesn’t even describe them. The diamonds really sparkle and are very white, so high grade and look amazing on!
