In an update to my previous 3 star review. I wish to make amends. Rachel Galley has since contacted me. Not only have they ensure I will be receiving the correct rose gold pendant. They have told me I can keep (or give to charity) the 2nd wrongly sent silver pendant. I am extremely pleased. Sorry, charity, I am keeping the silver pendant as I have the ring too. So, everybody, please ignore the 3 star review. Rachel Galley's customer service is excellent and all Rachel Galley's jewellery is a high standard and gorgeous. I should know, I have bought most of it!!!! Thank you customer services and the whole Rachel Galley team.
Whilst the rose gold with pink amethyst is absolutely gorgeous (I have the earrings). I have given this just 3 stars. The first order for this rose gold pendant, you sent the silver one instead. After a phone call you agreed your mistake and promised to rectify it. I had to pay to return it. The 2nd time, you again sent the silver pendant instead of the rose gold. I can see you have sent me a further pendant. Hopefully, this will be the correct one!!! Someone who is in packing needs to go to Specsavers! Once the correct pendant arrives, I shall give a more positive review, I hope!!!
