Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

My necklace arrived well packaged & very quickly. I love the hearts, they're very pretty & good quality. Sadly the chain is very long - I appreciate there are capabilities to wear the chain long or short. I prefer short but this means approx 6" chain hanging down inside my clothing & this catches on labels etc.
