Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Pretty but too heavy
These earrings are absolutely beautiful. Great quality and a lovely design. I have them is silver, and received so many compliments that I thought I would get them in gold. As always they arrived very quickly and were in a beautiful box.
