Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

I bought these earrings as a present for my sister in laws 30th birthday and she loved them. Beautiful! The only thing I was disappointed about was the packaging. I have ordered earrings from here before and they came in a beautiful small silver cushioned box, unfortunately these came in a big white cardboard box that didn’t look anywhere near as nice to give as a gift.
