I love these earrings but I also had real
problems getting the butterfly clip off the back and needed to hold them in make up pads to do so. No way I could get them back on once in my ear. I ended up using other backs and now they’re great! Very firmly in place!

Delivery was quick and the earrings are okay but I wanted to change them for gold, not rose gold. I sent them back a week ago and have tried to contact their customer service which appears to be very remotely located as, if I do eventually get through, I cannot hear them at all. The line is distorted. Getting very frustrated and will now contact PayPal to get my money back. Very disappointed.

These are gorgeous on and just the right size but they're very hard to get on/off. The butterfly backs are so stiff that you have to wrench them on/off with force. You end up with very sore fingers as they dig into the sharp tips of the x shaped earrings. So I really like them but the hassle stops me from wearing them as often as I'd like.
