Replating
If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.

Resizing
Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.

Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Worldwide Shipping 

• We offer shipping within the UK for £3.99 on orders under £30, and free shipping on orders over £30.
• For the US, shipping is $5.99 on orders under $100, and free for orders above $100.
• For all other countries, shipping costs £4.99 on orders under £100, and free for orders over £100.
