Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Love this!! Not too small to disappear on the ear and not too big to grab all the attention. Lovely finish. Thinking of getting the rhodium overlay ones. Will go perfectly with any additional gold jewellery - chain / ring etc.
