Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Very pretty and sparkly. Bought to replace my favourite ring which was lost. Yellow gold was out of stock so I agreed to have white gold. I’d still love a yellow gold eternity ring though. It must be gold and not plated. When the full eternity ring is in proper gold, I’ll buy one.

This 1ct lab grown diamond is lovely. It is sparklier than my 1ct diamond ring and earings but still looks like a real one, beautufully cut. It came with all the official documentation pack and full details of the piece to keep for the future if selling on or giving to family in the future. Glad I took the leap of faith and ordered at a good discount. It came packaged safely in a biggish box for safety and encased in a lovely soft envelope and special drawer box. I will buy again.
