Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

This is a lovely bracelet which goes really well with my other bracelets. It’s on the small side but I love the snug fit. It also looks great alongside my silver rings from Rachel Galley too. I can’t recommend the jewellery enough!
