If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Resizing
Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

I absolutely adore this ring! It is incredibly beautiful and of fantastic quality. Has a perfect weight to it too. The packaging was very pretty too which was a lovely touch. I opened the box to find the jewellery box wrapped in beautiful Rachel Galley branded paper closed with, again, branded stickers..inside the paper was the branded Rachel Galley box, inside a card sleeve and the ring itself was wrapped securely in plastic inside a little plastic bag. The ring is perfect and I'm so happy my amazing man chose this for me. The little tanzanite stone is a beautiful dark blue colour and looks beautiful inside its little heart shaped cage. The meaning of the stone and its rarity make it all the more special to me. I highly recommend this piece and I have found my new favourite place for quality, affordable, beautiful jewellery.

Just what I wanted as described
The ring is for my Granddaughter and I know she will love it. What surprised me the most was the tanzanite, it’s a really good colour. Being part of a silver ring, I thought it would probably be AA at most but it’s much deeper than that, you can really see it peeking through the delicate filigree of the heart. The ring itself is solid, great quality and I can’t wait to give it to her. Might have to get the gold version for myself. Thank you.
