Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

I absolutely love the ring. The only problem is it fitted my wedding ring finger and not the other finger that I wanted so I have to send it back to get the Next size up but I am doing that straight away as I actually think the ring is beautiful.

I actually wanted the gold one, but I accidentally ordered the silver. I contacted the company and they were slow to change the order to a gold one.
