Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

A bit fiddly to 1st get on small hook of necklace but once on that's it. Magnetic clasp is strong & so easy to use. Only thing I find is clasp is heavy so with a light weight necklace it pulls it up so ends up more of a choker. Have put 2 necklaces on 1 clasp & seems to be better. Like that they are gold covered so should not tarnish with contact with skin

After struggling with necklace clasps since growing my nails these magnetic clasps are the perfect answer to quickly putting on and removing fine necklaces.
