Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

The 1st pair I received i has a problem with one of them not locking as soon as I contacted customer service I was told to return them and I would receive a replacement. I was contacted when they received them and was told a new pair would be sent out to me. I received them today and they are perfect I recommend this earring they are nice size light to wear.

Lovely size, although I do find them a bit fiddly to put on and take off.
Brought these earrings for my wife she thought there was most unusual once we got them through her ears and crypt on tight she absolutely loved them. She said a very comfortable to wear and you can sleep in them. They do not dig in bought a few of your products now and I must say my wife has found everything I’ve bought her from you to be good quality and very attractive jewellery thank you so much.
