Replating If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Resizing Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Love the letter design. Ideally, for what I wanted, I would have liked a slightly larger letter if they were available but I am very pleased with the one I've received. Its really well made and stylish. Unlike another reviewer I think the link to put it on a chain or bracelet is sufficient in size and proportionate to the letter size. As it is a present for someone I did buy the necklace suggested because of the review but I didn't really need to.
Delivery was so fast, a day maybe 2 but no longer. Would definitely buy from Rachel Galley again.
Ordered the item on Thursday and it was delivered Friday. I was worried it wouldn't fit my chain. I needn't have worried. Very very happy with it.

I had been wanting an initial pendant for ages but couldn't find anything I liked, this is perfect, I chose the rose gold option to go on my tri coloured chain, it looks beautiful, it came packaged in a lovely gift box and looks alot more expensive than what it was, it looks very designer and good quality.

I was really happy with my initial but unfortunately the ring at the top wouldn’t allow me to thread my chain through. I will now have to purchase a new chain but that is due to my current chain so ….
I love these Molto initials. Bought the C first, then the I for my husband. He bought me a beautiful gold chain for our 50th wedding anniversary, I wanted to put both initials on it but there was a problem !
The C fitted on perfectly but the open jump ring on the I initial is not big enough to go over the end of the chain. Please send me a larger open jump ring. Thank you, Christine.
