Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

I can’t believe the outstanding service and quality of my silver earrings! It’s currently Black Friday and all my other deliveries seem to be taking ages, not this though! Delivery was within 2 working days, and wow, no delivery charge! I was notified all the time where my package was. The earrings are boxed beautifully with a suede bag to pop them in. The quality really surprised me, they feel a good weight and look absolutely stunning! Not only that!!.. they have enclosed a ring measure tape which I’ve been meaning to buy for ages but haven’t gotten around to! So now I’m saving up to treat myself to a new ring. The collection is different from other jewelers too, this is the company that I will always be checking for new items and I think will struggle to find anything as nice!
They look really good - bigger than expected but that’s fine- just put some previously bought earrings against these new ones and I can see the gold colour has dulled quite a bit so perhaps don’t wear them daily and keep for going out out!

Look amazing and expensive. Quite unusual and different because of the large back which makes them more unique than a normal earring back fastening.
Different,im sure they will be admired, not yet worn they do have a good size fastening so should stay secure.
