Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

SUPER QUICK DELIVERY and beautifully packaged. I've been eying this necklace for more than two years. The necklace is incredibly beautiful and I am 'top of the world' happy to be wearing it. It is very expensive but worth every penny. It's such a shame as being winter it gets buried under all the layering of clothing. I love this longline pendant, there is something so unique about it. I absolutely get what Rachel means about the tactility of her pieces having bought this one in particular. Whilst it's lots of mini charms the overall effect is a larger piece so I think very good value. I love wearing it.
