If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Resizing
Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

I really like the ring, but it’s difficult to size a thumb ring with the knuckle. I probably could have gone a half size bigger, but that might be too big. Not sure. My biggest negative with my experience with Rachel Galley is that it took a really long time to get here.
Love love love this ring! Super quick delivery, beautiful diamonds add something extra rather than a plain thumb ring, it fits well and it's comfortable to wear. I've wanted a thumb ring for ages and couldn't quite find one I really liked then saw this and straight away liked it. Even better when it arrived, really pleased with it and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

A very delicate piece of jewellery in the photo it looks to be quite chunky whereas in fact it’s very delicate. I love it.
Lovely piece and only dropped a star as the band is much finer than I thought it would be. Because of this I need to return it as I don’t normally wear yellow gold and not large enough for me for a stand alone piece. Wished I had ordered my normal silver colour as it would look great with my Versa ring - sadly now out of stock!
