Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

We got a black Friday deal on a beautiful white gold with diamond ring. Unfortunately, the first thing I ordered was too big for my fiance but the return process was so simple so I sent it back and ordered the correct size. Delivery on both rings was next day very convenient and exceptional service. The quality of the ring itself, although I’m no expert is very good the thickness of the gold and the beautiful look to the diamond is just what we were expecting.
